Simply provide us with basic details, such as the defendant’s name and the jail or city where they are located.

Processing & Finalizing Release
We collaborate with you or your loved one and the jail to facilitate the release process by issuing a bond for the full bail amount set by the court. Depending on the circumstances, collateral or a co-signer may be required.

Bail rates and fees vary based on state requirements. To access accurate rate information, please select the county of Ohio where the defendant is located.
Standard Premium Rate
The Standard Premium Rate is 10% of the total bond amount
Bail amounts up
up to and including $2000.00 will incur a charge of $200.00, plus any court or travel fees.
Bail amounts over
over 2000.00 will incur a charge of 10% of the bail amount, plus any court or travel fees.
A minimum premium charge
of $200.00 applies per bond. Please note that all court fees should not be included in the calculation of the minimum premium

Bail Bonds provides flexible payment plans for qualifying individuals. Regardless of the applied rate, we tailor each payment plan to accommodate your financial situation. Our goal is to create an affordable solution for those in need of bail.
After hours fees
5-8PM: $25
8-8AM: $50
Weekends: $50
Multi-case fee
$25 to start.
Travel fees Apply
Remove from bond fee $500
Go to court fee $200 to start.
